Fastener Express - Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.

We accept returns for unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returns can be processed for store credit, exchange, or refund. Please be aware that shipping fees for Express Mail and international orders are non-refundable unless we made an error. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@fastener-express.com to confirm the return eligibility. A 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charge will be deducted from any refund if the return is due to customer error.
