What if you
don't have a credit card or debit card?

No problem if you
don't have a credit card or debit card. You can pay by money order,
cashier's check or personal check. Select "e;Check or Money
Order"e; as your payment method in our online order form. When we
receive your order, we will hold for shipment until we get your payment
in the mail. Orders paid by personal checks will need to clear the bank
before we can ship your order (could take days or weeks, depending on
where you are located). All checks and bank drafts must be in U.S. funds
only.

In most cases we'll
ship your order on the same day if possible (i.e. if your order comes in

To make a return within the allowed 5 days:
First, email us atsales@fastener-express.comto make sure we agree that your item is returnable. This is also to let
us know to watch for your return in the mail. No returns can be accepted
unless you email us first and we agree to accept the return (which is
usually no problem) A 20% Restocking fee and original shipping charge will be deducted from any refund if the item was ordered on error on the part of the customer.
In your email,
also tell us whether you want a refund or exchange. If the
product is defective or is unsatisfactory to you in some other way,
please also include a brief description of the problem so we can get it
right the next time.
Shipping cost of
the returned items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend
mailing returns by U.S. Post Office Priority Mail. You should also ask
the post office for a delivery confirmation label (costs only 35 cents
extra). If we don't get it in the mail, we can't offer the refund, so
definitely a good idea to use delivery confirmation, especially if it's
an order worth a lot of money.
For refunds, we
will credit your account when we receive the return. For refunds of
check or money order, we will mail you a check from our business
account.
