What if you don't have a credit card or debit card?

No problem if you don't have a credit card or debit card. You can pay by money order, cashier's check or personal check. Select "e;Check or Money Order"e; as your payment method in our online order form. When we receive your order, we will hold for shipment until we get your payment in the mail. Orders paid by personal checks will need to clear the bank before we can ship your order (could take days or weeks, depending on where you are located). All checks and bank drafts must be in U.S. funds only.

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit card. Any debit card with the Visa or Mastercard logo can be used same as a credit card. Credit card payment is only available for orders from the U.S., Canada, and other select countries (see list below in section on Internatioanl Order).

Shipping for international orders outside the U.S. is nonrefundable for returns, unless we make a mistake.


Wedo notguarantee delivery of uninsured & unregistered packages for orders outside the U.S. and. Once your order is shipped it becomes your responsibility. If you want your package to be registered and insured, please let us know in the "e;Comments"e; section of the order form and we can add insurance and registration for you at an additional fee.

Note:Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, of local authorities. These fees -- if any -- will not be shown on your invoice and are entirely the responsibility of the customer to pay.


We reserve the right to refuse any credit card orders from anywhere, if the address or credit information looks suspicious.

How fast do we ship stuff out?
In most cases we'll ship your order on the same day if possible (i.e. if your order comes in before "e;last call"e; for the mail department). Otherwise, orders are generally shipped the next business day for all items in stock.

We try to update our website every day to reflect which products are in stock, so if you see it on our website, that generally means we have it stock. But if something you ordered is out of stock we normally can get the item or items and ship within a week., we'll send you an email asking If the item is going to be more than a week before we can ship we will notify you and you can decide as to keeping the part on order or cancelling the item or items.

FREE standard shipping for orders $100.00 and over to U..S..Flat rate of $6.95 per package for U.S. orders under $100.00 Standard shipping for U.S. orders under 1 lb. ship 1st Class Mail. U.S. orders weighing more than 1 lb or valued at over $100.00 ship UPS Ground.

Overnight to most cities in the U.S., or two day to some rural areas, by the US Postal Service.Shipping costwill depend on package weight and your location. Delivery is next business day. Express mail costs are not refundable for returns, unless we make a mistake. We cannot guarantee delivery time.

For any orders shipped to a California address, you will be charge 7.75% sales tax. No tax on orders shipped to else wehere in the U.S. or Canada. These charges, if any, will be itemized and included in the total amount billed in the final step of our online order form.

Any local taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

To make a return within the allowed 5 days:

First, email us atsales@fastener-express.comto make sure we agree that your item is returnable. This is also to let us know to watch for your return in the mail. No returns can be accepted unless you email us first and we agree to accept the return (which is usually no problem) A 20% Restocking fee and original shipping charge will be deducted from any refund if the item was ordered on error on the part of the customer.

In your email, also tell us whether you want a refund or exchange. If the product is defective or is unsatisfactory to you in some other way, please also include a brief description of the problem so we can get it right the next time.

Shipping cost of the returned items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend mailing returns by U.S. Post Office Priority Mail. You should also ask the post office for a delivery confirmation label (costs only 35 cents extra). If we don't get it in the mail, we can't offer the refund, so definitely a good idea to use delivery confirmation, especially if it's an order worth a lot of money.

For refunds, we will credit your account when we receive the return. For refunds of check or money order, we will mail you a check from our business account.
